We want to ensure you can easily track your order at any time. Just follow the steps below to keep up to date with your delivery:

How to Track Your Order

1. Order Confirmation
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number.

2. Shipping Confirmation
As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. This will include:

  • Your tracking number

  • The name of the courier (e.g. Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Parcelforce)

  • A direct link to track your shipment

3. Tracking Your Delivery
Click the “Track Shipment” link in your shipping confirmation email. You’ll be taken to the courier’s tracking page, where you can view the current status of your delivery.

Having Trouble with Tracking?

Didn’t receive a shipping confirmation?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at support@segenstrom.com.

Tracking link not working?
Occasionally, it may take some time for tracking information to appear on the courier’s system. If it’s still not working after 24 hours, please get in touch with our customer service team.
